No, it does not. 4D Facelift is a completely non-invasive and the procedure is essentially painless.
There is no downtime required after a 4D Facelift. The chances of bruising are very thin and it only takes place on the rarest of occasions. Even when there is redness or mild bruising it can be counteracted with regular moisturizing.
Since the procedures are entirely different and operate on different scales, the results are also different. If you want more drastic results and a restructuring of the lower part of your face, you might want to opt for Rhytidectomy. 4D Facelift provides a more natural result.

It varies from case to case. If the amount of work that needs to be done is not too much, results can be achieved in a single session as well. The number of sessions depends on how much work you need done.
